If you run out of milk or need a few odds and ends, do you ever stop at Meijer? Did you know that with a swipe of a loyalty card or your Meijer credit card, your Meijer purchases can benefit Waterbury?
Meijer Community Rewards was developed to meet the growing needs of schools and other non-profit groups to raise funds without product or gift certificate sales and without a lot of administrative work. The program is really quite simple - Waterbury supporters present their Meijer 1 Card or Meijer Credit Card at checkout and a percentage of the purchase totals are automatically rewarded to Waterbury.
Meijer 1 Card - A customer loyalty card that can be used to gain Meijer Community Rewards credit. In order to gain Meijer Community Rewards, customers need to swipe their Meijer 1 Card and pay with cash or make a PIN-based debit card purchase. These purchases earn 0.5% of the total purchase amount in Meijer Community Rewards.
Meijer Credit Card - Meijer credit cardholders can combine their Meijer Community Rewards information with their new or exisiting credit card account. Once this is done, all Meijer store purchases made with your Meijer Credit Card automatically earn 1% for Waterbury.
